Das Herz von STYLE ist die Steuerung. Schon mit wenigen Klicks und einer minimalen Eingabe von Werten ist jede Bearbeitung direkt und kontinuierlich am 19-Zoll-Touchscreen sichtbar. Die CNC-Software wurde speziell für das schnelle und einfache Zeichnen und die Fertigung von Einzelstücken und Kleinserien entwickelt. Mit dem übersichtlichen 3D-Simulationsprogramm der STYLE-Steuerung 2016 Edition lässt sich jedes Werkstück im Vorfeld ausführlich prüfen und optimieren und wird die Fertigungszeit automatisch berechnet.

  • We have more than ten years experience in the STYLE machines. We decided to buy our first STYLE machine because of their strong position in the Czech market and the many references from satisfied customers. Before we made a purchase we went together with people of STYLE through our wishes and requirements and could therefore make the right choice. Our transition from NC to CNC was smooth, also thanks to the easiness of STYLE Control. Two years ago we purchased another 5 new STYLE machines. Both lathes (STYLE 510 and STYLE 750) and milling machines (STYLE 1500 and STYLE BT-2000). All easy to use and very easy to program. Perfect for small series we make. The high quality combined with very reasonable pricing is remarkable. The big advantage of STYLE is further the high degree of flexibility and professionalism of the staff, making the constant availability of technical support is guaranteed.

  • At Van der Zalm we were looking for machines that can do more than the conventional machines we were using. A complex CNC machine has no value to us because we are single pieces and occasionally a small series. We have therefore made ​​an appointment at STYLE Bunschoten and were welcomed, given the right advice and a demonstration of the machine. In particular, the simplicity of programming appealed to us immediately. On the spot we decided to purchase a STYLE 350 lathe and replace our conventional lathe. Because it ran perfectly from the beginning and all expectations we had of it directly came out, we quickly decided to buy also a STYLE BT-1500 milling machine. In this way is our machining department up to date and ready for the future!

In 2012, my visit took a longer time, because I was looking for a milling machine that would be good and easy to program.
